1. I had taken admission in HCL Certified Engineer Course (HCE of One year duration) conducted by HCL CDC Janakpuri) vide Reg. No. – 507RG0909046 in the month of Nov 2009 and attended the classes till May 2010 in BATCH CODE – HCNE 14. 2. I had deposited the First Installment of HCE Course fee of RS 14800/- on 30.11.2009 vide receipt no. 507CS0911298 and balance fees, which is payable in monthly installments of Rs 4800/- each, was duly paid till may 2010. Thus a total sum of Rs 43,600/- {Rs 28,800/-(4800X6) + Rs 14,800/-} was paid. 3. I was selected for a job in MES department of HQ CE Western Command, Chandimandir Cantt (Near Chandigarh) and have to join there in the month of May 2010. I intimated HCL CDC Janakpuri regarding my job and requested them to allow me to continue rest of the Course at HCL CDC Chandigarh since it is nearest HCL CDC Centre to my job location. 4. HCL CDC Janakpuri agreed to my request pursuant to which I submitted an application for transfer of rest of Course to HCL CDC Chandigarh. Transfer fees of Rs 1500/- was also deposited by me vide receipt no Fee/357/10-11 dated 12-06-2010. 5. HCL CDC Janakpuri intimated me that transfer process will take 10 to 15 days since it is to be initiated by their Head Office situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. After 10-15 days I telephonically contacted HCL CDC Janakpuri and they informed that transfer is in process at their Head office and I can continue my class/course in Chandigarh Centre as soon as transfer process will complete. 6. I remain in contact with HCL CDC Janakpuri regarding transfer completion but was every time I have been informed that transfer process is in process and will complete soon. 7. I personally visited to HCL CDC Janakpuri and meet all the officials there regarding transfer of my course and one official named Shri Manjot assured me that he will personally look into this matter. 8. Even thereafter I remained in contact with HCL CDC Janakpuri through Email, Mobile and Chatting on Gtalk to their officials for approx 07 months to solve the issue but of no avail till date. 9. Mr Manjot provides E-mail id’s of some key officials of their Head Office, who can help me in solving transfer issue. Shri R.Dharmaraj (email-id dharmaraj.r@hcl.com)and Shri OP Mishra (email-id prakash.mishra@hcl.in) was contacted in January 2012. Mr Rajeev (email-id rajeev.kmr@hcl.com ) and Mobile No : +91-9958544355 is also contacted to solve transfer issue in the month of Feb 2012. Sh Rajeev ask me to provide some information regarding Name, Fathers Name, Reg No, Fees paid till date etc to for solving Complainant’s transfer issue and ensured me to solve the issue so as to join my classes at HCL CDC Chandigarh soon. I supplied all required information to Mr Rajeev on his email-id as well as on his Mobile No. After some days, Mr Rajeev told me that I can visit HCL CDC Chandigarh and join there to continue his classes. 10. Under these circumstances, I want consumer forum to direct HCL CDC, Noida to 1. Refund the entire amount of HCL Certified Engineer Course fess of Rs 43,600/- with interest @18%pa from the date of deposit till realization 2. Rs 50,000/-for causing unnecessary harassment, mental pain and agony. 3. Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper, in favour of me and against the opposite party, in the interest of justice.
