sir i purchesed a tab of hcl company on 10 nov 2012.and after few days it started to hang on and i lodge a compalain to hcl customer care and send my product to ninja electronics sriganganagar and they return it after one month but my product didnot work properly even after that. so i lodge complain again and they gave me mmy product back after 15 days but no result fruitful so i lodge complain again on 25 sep 2013 with complain nuber 8400263867 and even after one month they are not giving any satisfactory answer even after complaining to higher authorithy

i want my product working properly otherwise give me my purchasing cost + 2000 rs
