i bought my hcl laptop (S.no. 3133AE571239 and AE2V0032-I) from info shope near by naza market Hazrat ganj lucknow on 12th May 2013, ever since i have been trying for getting it registered on line for 2 year extended warranty as company said by getting registered on his web site i will get 2 year extended warranty but on company”s portal it”s not accepting the S.No. of the laptop as it was not in his record. i complained many times to HCL officers but in vain and now date of registration has got over.

now i want 2 year extended warranty and panic claim from the company.
