i have purchased a hcl laptop from dealer indorese tech rohine having invoice no is ri/526/12-13 & s. no. 4121ae241557 on aug 26,2012.on retail invoice receipt 1+2 year warranty is mentioned & the same was also committed by dealer.when i inquired about warranty period from hcl customer care they told me that warranty is registered for 18 months only.when i tried to contact dealer at given no,they’ll call back.the contact person over there is mr gaurav. on retail invoice mentioned tin no. 07600396581 cst no. 07600396581

i have to do computer work,mail etc. now i am facing some problem with laptop. that can not be sorted out free of cost as per registered warranty is over.
