I recieved OnePlus One handset on 11th March 2015. My handset is facing a h/w issue (Microphone problem). I’m facing this problem since the day I started using it. I had submitted it to the HCL Touch service center of OnePlus. First they flashed it, re-installed new operating system. but that does not resolve this problem. Then they made me submit the handset and took one month to replace a sub-board in the handset. Even then the issue is not resolved. As per the company official site replacement/refund is promised to customer if in case the issues not address within the time frame (i.e. 15 days). In my case your support team has taken more than 1 month time to address the same but unfortunately the issue still remains unresolved. Case-id 12746 is booked and Mr. Saurabh Gujral is working on this case. OnePlus is not able to resolve this issue since very long time due to which I’m unable to use this handset at all. I’m totally frustrated with the service provided by this company. Due to this I’ve lost trust on their future support and services by the company. I demand refund for this defective device and does not wish to continue with this product. I’m fiing this complaint as did not get proper resolution for the problem and Replacement/Refund as per their commitment.
I demand refund for this defective handset. This is manufacturing defect.
