HCL – poor service customer care negligence

I bought the product on 6th Nov, within 15 days it stopped working. I complained about it and submitted the same on Nov. 15. The initial committed resolution time was 1 week, On 22nd Nov. I raised this to online Complaint cell which committed this to be resolved within 10 days. Now, On 11 Dec., After multiple reminders I have received a notice to submit the empty box to their service center in order to get the resolution process started and it will again take 10-15 days.

I would like to see corrective action against the brand for such negligence and compensation for keeping the consumer in trauma in spite of a committed warranty period.
