i have purchased a hcl tablet through infibeam online site vide invoice no gt130706-60-0026 which was under 30 days replacement gurantee. immidiatly after using the product i found some defect (line on display screen). i reported the fault very next day. as per their request i have visited to hcl service center . they have issued a letter for doa process. even after 19 dys they could not complete the request. after getting no positive reply i took back the product from hcl service center again it was as per the direction of infibeam team. infibeam team has collected my product assuring the replacement. vide return order id number 13886 on 2nd aug 13 now they are telling they could not replace the product as hcl is not responding to them. i expect a resulation and help through you . please help me. regards jitendra
