Dear Sir/ Ma’am We went to buy a TAB in The Mobile Store Tollygunje , they insisted me to buy an HCL ME Tab only. We bought it. We have not used it for a single day because the battery dies out every time whenever we plug it out from the charger. We went to the mobile store very next day , they told me to put it for charge at least for 24 hours stating that the set is not supporting 2G SIM. I BOUGHT A 3G SIM ALSO. But all in vain , The problem still persists. Then we went to the service centre ,they took my complaint very nicely & returned my set after 30 days stating that they have changed the battery.But the problem was not solved, moreover my phone got hanged & heated up till it dies out its battery.
