The serial number of my Tablet is 912stn902279 I purchased a Tablet HCL ME U1 from one of their Delhi Showrooms (SSDN InfoSolutions, Nehru Place ND). But in the very first week, i found some problems in it. I went to HCL Touch service centre in Nehru Place, New Delhi and they returned it with increased problems. As i had to return home, i left with it and after reaching home, i left it at their Srinagar service centre; where it has been residing ever since. Whenever i went there, they said it isn’t working yet. Finally, i talked to HCL Customer Care and asked for refund, to which they agreed.They asked me to send them a scan copy of cancelled cheque of my bank account, which i did. But it has been more than a year now and i haven’t received anything. Whenever i talk to their customer support, they say we’ll call u back in few minutes with status of the complaint but they never do.
