Pl. refer my V1 HCL ME TABLET carrying a S/N: 113STD001515 Purchase Date: 13-02-2013, now in this regard we would like to inform you that this tablet having a several issues like Hanging problem, Automatic files opening continously up-to 2 minutes, Not responding to phone calls, Not charging properly & discharge early, error showing when opening of file receiving via bluetooth & sound problem. I have already been visited five times at your Touch service centre at M2K, Rohini, Delhi regarding resolve the above issues in the month of June/July 2013, but problem is still exists. Now kindly take my humble request to please replace my tablet with new one as this tablet is under one year warranty period as in this senario it seems very difficult to work on this defective piece as when you touch the tablet the files continously opening up-to min 2 min. automatically without even touching & also it is very difficult for us to carry the defective piece at your service centre every time as these people are not capable to rectify the issue. Your urgent action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
