Hi Care, This is first time i am raising a complaint. I think this is a known issue regarding the “HDFC BANK DEDUCTED AMOUNT as AMB charges without my knowledge ” They have deducted Rs.4,789 from my account with out any notice. For every small transaction they will send an email or SMS alerts if some one deducting from your account. But the back itself is deducting amount from customers accounts and that to be without any SMS or email alert. That means their services is not working properly. Initially they told we have to maintain some balance per quarter. But suddenly they change it to monthly and contentiously deducting the amount with out any prior notice. They may be first inform to the customer and according to his acceptance they can deduct the amount. But how can they deduct the amount with out knowing to the customer.
