I want to use my debit card to pay to a paypal merchant. But, HDFC is declining the payment. If it is due to RBI regulation, let me know. I will file a case in Supreme Court. Even I can’t use netsafe card.
I want to pay for USA made iPhone servicing. The phone is not usable as I am unable to pay for tech support.
Don’t decline payments. Is my basic right to use my money.
