HDFC Bank Debit Card Poor Customer Care

I had lost my HDFC Bank debit card on Tuesday 2nd December for which i reported to hdfc bank. They confirmed my address and said that the card will be sent to me on my address. Now i received a sms from blue dart that my address given by HDFC is incorrect and card cannot be delivered. HDFC people saying that they will take more 5 days after their complaints department will give a call to me for confirmation.

I wanted to make payments urgently which I couldn’t do so as my card is blocked. I want my new debit card to be sent on my address before 9th December,2013 as promised to me.
