REGARDING Rs,10,000 /- DEBITED FROM S/B A/C NO-09431050063455 OF HDFC BANK

Dear Sir
I am Account holder of HDFC Bank,Ranipur More,Near Vishal Mega Mart,Haridwar.From SBI ATM Counter at – Kalpana Square,Bhubaneswar,Orissa I had drawn one thousand rupees on dt-15.05.2012.But when I checked my Account after drawn I found that Rs,10,000/= has been debited from my Account which is a matter of great sorrow.
Therefore, I pray that you will be good and kind enough to consider above matter very sympathetically for which the missing money can be credited to my Account and obliged.
Now I am requesting you to resolve this matter and credit the missing money to my S/B A/c.
