I paid all 36 EMIs within stipulated time. Afterwards the HDFC Bank executive contacted me through phone and adviced me to pay Rs.5000/- for issuing NDC (NOC) towards Cheque Bounce. I paid the same in the month of Dec 2012. But still I had not received my NDC.I asked them about my NDC, they are demanding me to pay another Rs.8000/- additional money for Cheque Bounce.

I want my Vehicle Loan NOC. Because I had paid all my 36 EMIs along with Rs. 5000/- towards Cheque Bounce.
