We are taking one loan No.:- 2615032 Dated 28/06/2006 Amount Rs. 33.76 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Three Lakhs & Seventy Six Thousand only) from HDFC Bank against my property. At that time Bank Settled following conditions 1. Facility Amount = Rs. 33.76 Lakhs 2. FRR at that time = 11.50% 3. Applicable Interest rate = FRR-1.50%=10% 4. Repayment Period = Equated Monthly Instalments of Rs. 56046/-Towards payment of principal and interest to be made over 84 months. We also enclose copy of Bank Letter Dated 28/06/06 with this letter. According to bank terms and condition (letter enclosed) our loan period is tenure on dated 08/07/2013.After Tenure (84 Instalments) Bank Debited Amount Rs. 224184/- on dated 26/11/2013 and Rs. 56046/- on dated 24/12/2013 before any intimation. Kindly do strict action against HDFC Bank Limited, Loan Department, Near Narinder Cinema, Jalandhar.
