I was contacted by HDFC bank for a credit card. They took my signature on Application form by providing false & worng information. When they approach me, I was informed that the, you will not have to bear the first year fees and I gave my approval for the acrd. But when I received the card statement, I was billed with first year fees of 561/-. When I contacted the customer care, they said you have to pay the feees. Basically, I have been misleaded by bank and charged wrongly.
