i have a very very bad experience with hdfc bank i have account with them my account number is 18971050018706 and it is in noida sector 1 branch I was getting a lot of phone calls from hdfc bank regarding credit card and every time i told them i dont need any credit card after receiving 10 calls a day from hdfc bank i agreed for a credit card they told me i need to pay 199 rs yearly and i will get visa card i agreed after few days they sent me a card and it was not a visa it was a diners club card and after few days they sent me a bill of 1500rs for that i called them up and asked them to shut my card they said its done then again i got a bill from them with extra charges this time the bill amount was 1809 i called them up again and they said i need to send the card back to bank i sent their card back to them first flight courier they told me that they got my card in chennai now they sent me a third bill for 2259 it is totally unfair this is not all they also sent me a platinum master card i never requested them for this card never never and they are asking me to pay 500rs for this it is totally fraud they are doing harassment they think they are doing really good job by doing fraud things they promised me they will never ever send me bills and information about diners card which i have closed but still i am getting letters from them and bills too i cant afford their charges and why should i afford i never used their card so why do i have to pay to them kindly take action i am really depressed mentally because of this they think they are superior i just came to know about consumer forum so that is why i am writing here please help me i can send you their bills too.

i want them to cancel the charges of credit card 2259 and master card charges 500 because i never requested any card also i dont want to listen their voice i dont want them to call me ever
