Dear Sir/Mam,

I had paid the premium of Rs. 22,500/- on 9/11/11 via cheque no- 665531 of HDFC Bank towards policy number 10438669, Golden year pension plan. Instead of depositing my premium on the said account they have issued new policy no-19463246. i have not done any application for the policy no-19463246 neither i have submitted any paperwork. Kindly deposit my money in the policy bought in 2006 i.e. Reliance Golden year pension plan- 10438669.
