I work for Wipro and i hold a Salary Account with HDFC Bank (A/C No: 00531140098636). As part of Wipro employees benefits, HDFC is supposed to provide DD for unlimited Amount free of charge (I have a HDFC brochure as proof with me stating this line). On 22-03-2012 i took a DD for Rupees Eight Lakhs, before opening DD also i were told by HDFC corporate Relationship manager that i will be issued DD without any charges. But on 27-03-13 Rs.1600 deducted with narration “MC CHARGES MC:000880 23-3-13 : BC Issuance Charges” and on 10-Apr-13 another Rs. 197.76 deducted with narration “ST & CESS ON SERVICE CHGS FOR 270313”. Both these deductions are against the services committed by HDFC to WIPRO employees.

1. Full Repayment of charges levied on this transaction i.e., 1797.76 2. Compensation of Rs. 5000.00 for the mental tensions brought because of this transaction as well as for cheating me with fake promise.
