Hi, I am a loyal Customer of HDFC Credit Card no – 5289455003278832 for a long time. Last Nov 17th Invoice I have an outstanding of Rs.33951.61 & I made an excess amount by mistake of Rs.41000 on 23rd Nov 2013. I called up Customer care & informed them & they assured me to send back excess amount by demand draft within 10 days. I was waiting for that draft for 10 days & again called up Customer care they again assured me to send it in couple of days. On 15th Dec I have spoken with Executive called Amit & on 19th Dec spoken with Richard (Supervisor) who gave me a compl No – 13349196434. Today is 1st of Jan-14 & I got my statement of 17th Dec-2013 where they have adjusted my excess amount. I called up Customer care & spoken with Sahil who is saying now they can’t help me out & their process does not allow to do any help. Please find attached sreenshot of my last Invoice & payment made. I have called up numerous times to their Call Centre which is chargeable & everytime I was given mis-commitment & mentally harassed by HDFC bank Credit Card Call Centre Executives. I want compensation for mentally harassing me for last 1 month.
