his is in continuation to my verbal request to enquire about miss-use of my above said credit card issued by HDFC Bank. As intimated earlier over phone that someone stole my bag on 08/01/2013 in Delhi Metro. I was keeping my purse and other important document in my bag. All my Credit Cards, Debit Cards; Pan Card, Driving License and some cash were in my purse. Unfortunately I was carrying the letter received one or two days before from HDFC on my request for New Pin Number of my credit in my Bag. That crook withdrew Rs.11, 000/- from my credit card using the New Pin. Date Time Rupees Place 08/01/2013 19;34:30 5,000/- Rama Krishnan Puram Ashsram (Metro Station) 08/01/2013 19:34:36 5,000/- Rama Krishnan Puram Ashsram (Metro Station) 08/01/2013 19:35:23 5,000/- Rama Krishnan Puram Ashsram (Metro Station) 08/01/2013 13:35:53 1,000/- Rama Krishnan Puram Ashsram (Metro Station) On receipt of SMS on my mobile confirming transaction of withdrawals of Cash from my Credit Card at 19:34:30. I was shocked and immediately dial and call at 100 and informed police about this incidence. Received revert call from Police at 7:51pm. Immediately I called at customer care to block my card also. But due to busy tone and waiting on line I could speak to your representative at 7:44 pm only. By that time that pickpocket already did the above transactions. I requested for block of my Credit Card immediately to ensure any further miss-use of my credit card. As advised by your representative I file a formal FIR with the police and copy of the same along with Dispute Form forwarded by email to Mr. Shiv Gupta, Mr. Amit Sahni & Mr. Vineet (Members of the Investigation team HDFC Credit Card). Copy of the said email attached herewith for you ready reference. As such I have not received any information from your customer care about that status of enquiry for miss-use of my above said credit card. You are requested to please ensure the enquiry and help me to get my money back at the earliest.
