This complaint is in reference with fake commitment / mis communication regarding free flight offer made in the year 2007-08 for Rs. 8500/-. I had paid EMIs and also have been debited by Rs. 250 for request processing but never received any tickets for my destination & returning. In return, I had not paid O/s amount and have been marked as defaulter in CBILL, which is against causing me lot of trouble in handling PL, HL etc. May I request to kindly take up my case and arrange to resolve.

I had applied PL & Home Loan at HDFC & ICICI, where both had been rejected due to my history available in CBILL, and I could not take PL and HL and hitting me approx 15Lacs

Kindly recover my losses from SBI for Rs. 15L.
