recharged online my pre paid mobile no.- 9002196756 on 25/09/2013 for rs.222.00/- but it showed failed transaction. the said amount is charged to me by hdfc bank credit card. i complained bearing complaint no.- 13283415926,to them as dispute letter but they are taking no action.please help.
they must be fined for this negligence at least 100 times of total amount of rs.222.00/-. they have no right to act like this.
