HDFC Bank Personal Loan- Review by Customer

I had taken a Personal Loan from HDFC bank in year 2010 and due to job loss in recession i didnt paid the amount . But later I updated my address contact details to bank through mail so that i can pay. I even requested to change cheques and ecs of new account so that money can go smoothly. But for last 3 years they are hitting ECS in old account which is ICICI bank and non operative. And the dues in my loan account is nearly 40k . which I not my fault at all. But Now my loans all installments are over and I am left with some 4-5 Installments and they are forcing me to pay the amount . So they are calling me again and again choking the Phone all time . Also they are calling my sister , friends and neighbors again and again . According to RBI Guidelines they are not suppose to call anyone on my name and ask for money. They use foul language to them so my sister got soo tensed as she got Hospitalized. Where I spent Nearly 50K. My Mother also got tension and her health getting worse because of their unlimited calls to them. Also because they keep on calling me all the time I am not able to get any calls from office so my work is disturbed and got so many esclation mails for my mobile not reachable or busy. This kind of behaviour is not expected from such a huge organisation . I am running like a headless chicken going to everyone but not getting any resolution

They are worsening my life daily at home, at work and In society and in family.

I want Compensation for all the foul things they have done to me and my family . I may lose the job now because of their unlimited calls . So the compensation amount is 5 lakhs along with an Apology letter from the Bank for their inhuman behavior being in service industry.
