Hello! This is Rahul Mediratta from Delhi using GOLD credit card from HDFC BANK. I am always raising an dispute with them regarding my card statement which i am not getting in proper manner. example; I last month statement on 10th June 2013, i called customer care had a word with executive said we have sent you statement on your email id. Now i would like to ask them one thing i got statement on email-id. But from where they got rites to give hard copy statement to anyone, to my neighbors friends, when i authorize my wife and myself. Previously because some non-payment or part payment HDFCBANK has decrease my credit limit.Now i am going to do one thing for HDFCBANK, i want to file case against in consumer court regarding revealing my card information to some one else and sending my card statement to different address or giving to different person.Because of statement issue i stopped making payments to them for 6months, but that effects on my CBILL report and the reason why i am facing concern in BANKING field like when ever i am applying for loan they are rejecting because of my credit scores. Please help me in this matter. I am so tensed about it they are harrasing me like anything when i am not making them paymaent but no one in ready to listen when i am not getting service. I want to charge them as concession Rupees 5lakh. Because till the my CBILL score will not become good i wont be able to get loan and i want to spend that money for some construction work at my home.

I want them to pay me 5Lakh because of them my loan got dicline. And i want to spent that money for my home reconstruction. And want to buy a two wheeler for my self.
