The money deducted from my HDFC Bank account & points deducted from my Payback card for invalid transaction on 10th of April has still not been refunded back to my account. Reference no. NP2801932122915 Amount Deducted Rs. 14679 Points deducted from Payback Card 816. Since 10th April they are repeatedly telling me to wait 96 hrs. Kindly help me to get my money back. I will appreciate your kind efforts.

I demand My debited money + 12% interest for the delayed time.
