I had taken a cash on call loan from HDFC credit card and I had opted for autopay facility on my debit card from which every month charges on credit card used to get directly deducted from my debit card. But in jULY 2013 I had been charged excessively and after calling on the customer care number the lady who picked up the call assured me that the amount will be adjusted in the next month but that didn’t turned into reality. I had waited for 2 months for the same. And then recovery department personnel called me and they were telling that the charges are valid. Now for the same reason I stopped my payments and now nobody is answering my question and even when I told for complete payment of the cash on call loan they stuck to the present statement amount payment.
The recovery department personnel abused on phone and also disturbed me every day without resolving the issue and without answering the question I asked for the excess payment. The recovery personnel even abused my parents at home.
I want full settlement immediately and I want explanation why I had been charged finance charge even after opting for autopay from my debit card. Because of this I had to stop my further payments.
