Dear Sir, I have one Verna CAR having registration number HR-26-BX-7881, I made the second insurance (Zero Debt) with HDFC ERGO having policy number 2311200676936300 valid from 7th Feb 2014 till 6th Feb 2015. As this is a Zero Dept Policy, company asked for the inspection and did the inspection on 4th of Feb 2014. Now the CAR inspector did all the testing, also took the photograph of from every angle for the proof and confirm that car is Okay intact from everywhere and can go for Zero dept. insurance. Now on the 3rd of May my car hit and i go for the cliam, the Insurance comapany says that in their report Inspector mention that there were scrach on the bumber on both side (Front & Rear) and for that they will will 50% of the piant changes. But i confirmed that there were no scrach on the bumber on either of the side. For this i asked Isurance Comapany to show me the photographs which were clicked by the Inspector for the Insurance, as the proof which shows that there were scratch on the bumber on both side. For almost 20 days i am chansing it with Insurance but there is no response, they always says they will arrange a call back in 24 hrs., but i didn’t recivied any single call from the Insurance company to resolve this issue. My car is in the workshop for almost 18 days for such a small work and i have to hier taxi to accomodate my travelling. Kindly look into matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
