I have purchased insurance on 2012 from the Hyderabad Branch of HDFC life. The premium of which is 60,000/- pa. Since I was given the option of paying in instalment for the first year through credit card I opted for the same. For the 2nd year I have given them the mandate not to debit the premium to the CC. But to my surprise the amount was debited to the CC account. When I questioned this they asked me to give a fresh mandate which I have and one Mr.Srikanth assured me that it would be reversed.

But till date the amount is not reversed and the CC collection team is chasing me to pay this amount. Need help. HDFC life & HDFC credit card are forcing me to pay the premium by debiting to my credit card account without my authorisation.
