My name is punit pushkar,I have two plan in hdfc details as given below. 1. plan name-HDFC SL YoungStar Super II policy number:-14488243 36000 per annum. Date:-11th july 2011 Payment mode :- credit card 2. HDFC SL Sampporn Samridhi policy number:- 15788502 35461 per annum. Date:-2nd February 2013 Payment mode :- credit card. For HDFC SL Sampporn Samridhi financial consultant is Mr. Akash Mehta,and he ensure me that HDFC SL YoungStar Super II plan will be automatically closed and sum of this amount will be added in HDFC SL Sampporn Samridhi plan,but things not happened the same way,as i got annual amount for HDFC SL YoungStar Super II has been deducted from my credit card again in July,2013. Due to this irregularities i have financial problem and ,i can not pay for both plan. I have credit card overdue only due to this reason and hdfc bank cease my account so please help me out. For this i am very greatful to you

1. I want my hdfc account work continue as usaual 2. Please pay my credit card due 3. provide me facility that hdfc life agent mr akash told to me.
