Sir, I had purchased Unit linked pension from HDFC Life baring no.10634757 in June 2006 and surrendered this policy and received surrendered value after great difficulty.I had requested them to issue Form -16/TDS certificate.

They have allotted interaction I.D. no.HDFCSL=928-472 and HDFCSL=951-006,but no positive response.till date.Kindly help me to get above form/certificate to enable me to file Income Tax Return. Regards,
