I had issued one cheque No 458667 of Hdfc Bank for renewal of my Policy Number 13960126 to HDFC LIFE INSURANCE. The amount of cheque credit to hdfc life on 23/1/2013. But they have not credit the same to my account. after a number of request on customer care all failed. On visit of their Ludhiana Office I come to know that Their agent have issued new policy to some one other on my cheque payment.
