HDFC Life Insurance -not received this policy papers not responding by help desk

This is regarding Proposal No.: 16343448 Plan name- HDFC Life Click 2 Protect I have purchased an Online Term Insurance policy when HDFC ? Bank employees asked me and insisted. But till date I have not received this policy and no official intimation from HDFC Life about my policy and its details and moreover, they are not responding to my mails. ?In October 2013 HDFC Life informed me they will fulfil further requirements which were fullfilled, e.g medical and documentation.? No response from HDFC Life for around 3 months. On Jan 20, 2014 since there was no response for so long, I asked them to refund the amount with immediate effect with interest. I also told them that failing to do so, I would initiate redressal with consumer court. On Jan 22, 2014, someone replied saying that they will do the needful in some time. On Jan 28, 2014, it was me who was initiating communication. No official reply from HDFC Life yet. Finally I told them that I am initiating complaint in the consumer court to sort out my grievances.

1. Refund with compensation. 2. They should ALSO ISSUE POLICY FREE for next 6 years, if an individual can wait for 6 months for a policy, a company so big can provide a relief of 6 years at least.
