In July 2012 some of the HDFC agents mainly Mr Siddharth Chaudhary, Mr Kartik who claimed to be a Manager, Ms Nethi Gupta, and Ms Sweta called me up to make a HDFC Life Insurance policy(Classic) and explained the policy as having monthly medical benefit. I was told that the regular medicines which myself and my family takes will be reimbursed, if the family Dr gives a certificate that these are to be taken on regular basis. As I agreed, a delivery boy Mr Sandeep came to my house and collected a cheque for Rs 34,XXX/= . I received a policy after a month.
Again in Sept 2012, Ms Sweta calls me up and says that the premium for this policy has been now reduced from Rs 34,xxx/= to Rs 32,xxx/= and that I need to pay another cheque for the said amount for another policy. The former policy will be returned and refunded within a month. Which I did by issuing another cheque.
After a month, when I did not receive any refund, I contacted Mr Kartik. He assured me that the same will be done within 15 days. Again I contacted him for non delivery of his promise. Than Sweta calls me and says that they needed a cancelled cheque from my bank account. Again another delivery boy came to my house to collect the cancelled cheque.
Nothing came out of all this. I was not refunded an amount of Rs 34,xxx/=. Over and above the same, I was also conned of Rs 32,xxx/=.
I had submitted medical bills of one of my family member for re-imbursement. I was told my claim has been rejected.
THIS HDFC REMINDER IS ONE OF THESE POLICIES WHICH WAS ADMINISTERED LAST YEAR.
I AM SAD TO NOTE THAT HDFC EMPLOYS SUCH CON AGENTS. I AM SURE MANY COMPLAINTS MUST HAVE COME AGAINST THES CON GROUP.
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT ACTION HDFC BANK HAS ADMINISTERED AGAINST THEM

Non of these numbers are contactable. This is amounting to FRAUD, and needs POLICE investigation. These people must be arrested or they will do the same modus operandi elsewhere. The Boy Sandeep has already received a call from Sweta offering him a better job than his present one. Another CON job.
