Dear Sir, I am Anindya Sundar Roy from Kolkata. My permanent address is Beliatore, Bankura. I am an agent of HDFC Life, Garia Mahamayatala branch in Kolkata. I got my agent code (HDF00630164) from IRDA on this January and started working. After working 2 months my immediate manager was temporarily sacked from his work in the last week of February. He and the Branch Manager told me that there is some problem from his previous company, so he was taken aback for a trial for a few weeks. In the month of March, the most important one, I keep on asking my manager if there is any progress. But he couldn’t give me any information about his joining. He kept on telling me to wait. At last I went to the branch, and contacted Branch Manager. He also asked me wait, when I told him I was unable to process policies at that time. Now It is over two months I am sitting at my home could not do any work. I should mention that after getting the code they were supposed to give me a Product Training that they did’t give. A profile of mine was supposed to be open in the ‘agent’s corner’ to keep track of my own work, which they didn’t help. Again I asked for the brochures and commission chart which they didn’t provided. Instead they just gave me a vague idea of two or three products and told me that everything about policies is on net. It is impossible to carry internet everywhere I peach a plan. With due respect I will request you to please withdraw my license or to transfer it to LIC as I found it better to work with LIC, as well as I can’t work in HDFC Life with the indifferent behavior.
