HDFC Sampoorna Policy – Wrong Information Given to Customer

as for verbal information Mr. Pankaj Pandey give me wrong information about hdfc sampoorna samridhe plan.

But at this he could not receive my phone in case one time he received & said that he told is right & the information given on internet is wrong please help me .one time my receiving slip is came in january but the next premium slip isn’t came how can i find my premium receiving slip.

please help me and do the needful action. my policy no. is 15647321 last premium paid to company on dated 11 june 2013.
