Hi, I am unable to transact on few of the stocks,which i am currently holding.I have been following up with the bank for past 9 months but still no resolution is provided to me.My issue is bouncing back and forth between HDFC securities and HDFC demat department and nobody is willing to take the ownership for the same. One of the reply which i got was that my scripts are blocked under RGESS.To which i replied back saying ” 1)If i have opted for RGESS .Please provide any communication where i have requested for the same. 2)As i am not eligible,how could be my share blocked under RGESS. ” I haven’t received any reply to any of my queries.I have incurred monetary loss because of the same as i have to rely on other means when i was very much in need for money.And i could not use my hard earn money.I can share all the communication i had with the bank in this regard,if required going further Request you to guide me to overcome this long going frustration.
