As detailed below I have submitted my orginal policy dacuments at Amritsar Branch on dated 7-12-2010 but till this date I couldnot get its statuts Plaese help me to know its statuts .. Detailof my complaint is as under;-

CHILDRENS DOUBLE BENEFIT PLAN
REF: In continuace to my request dated 9-11-2010 submitted through the HDFC Bank mall road branch Amritsar
Respected Sir/Madam
Most humbly, it is submitted that I was interested for the subject cited policy, but due to irresponsible behavior of your staff, I was compelled by the circumstances to withdraw this policy before the issue of said policy from your good self. Detail there-of
Is already available in my request as per reference, which is reproduced as under:

R/sir/Madam,
With due veneration, it is submitted that I visited your branch on dated 23.10.2010 just to open a RD Account But Madam Ridhi Bhatia discussed ibid investment plan with me, to which I immediately agreed and she got signed the relevant forms from me and Rs.12000/= was debited from my saving account no.01151050037389 towards ibid children plan proposal. Children Plan illustration was not got signed from me on that day.
I was asked by Ridhi Madam to visit the Bank to sign the illustration. For this purpose I visited your bank thrice but every time either concerned person was not in the bank or illustration was not printed. On 8.11.2010.I again visited your bank for this purpose but this time Madam Jaspreet give me the illustration with my age 30yrs which was incorrect as my DOB is 3.2.1964. Once again Ridhi Madam assured me that our person will come to you for signing the illustration. I remained waiting your person but no one turned up. I contacted Ridhi mam again; even to Mr Deepak but no one is bothering to get my investment through.
Respected sir, if I am getting so much trouble in inverstment., What will be my fate in getting the repayments?
So keeping in view the above scenario I hereby request you to Re-Credit Rs12000/= in my SBA.AsI hereby withdraw from the investment proposal.
An early action in this regard is expected form your side.

On 9-11-2010 when I give this request to the Manager, HDFC Bank Mall Road Amritsar It was assured to me by Madam Ridhi Bhatia that Rs. 12000/- will be re- credit to your account & after that Madam Ridhi Bhatia of HDFC Bank Mall Road Branch, Amritsar directed me to contact Mr. / Deepak Sharma for further actions.I started to contact Mr. Deepak Sharma on his mobile, but so many efforts to contact him remain in vain because he did not attend to my Phone calls.
Getting disturbed on this behaviour of Mr. Deepak Sharma, I again visited HDFC Branch Mall Road, Amritsar & Contacted Madam Ridhi Bhatia to explain the said problem & then only I was able to talk to Mr. Deepak Sharma through the mobile phone of Madam Ridhi Bhatia. Mr. Deepak Sharma assured me on the mobile phone that your request for withdrawal of the said policy proposal has been sent to the Head office& I will be getting the refund within 7 days but I could not get the refund within stipulated period. I again visited the HDFC Branch Mall Road, Amritsar & Contacted Madam Ridhi Bhatia & then she told me to visit HDFC Standard Life Branch, Amritsar. I visited the Standard Life Branch & Mr. Karan Bhalla Customer Manager of that branch informed me that my case for refund from this policy proposal is in process & I will be getting the refund within 15 days.
On 30-11-2010 I was astomished when I received my policy documents through courier at my residence, because I was waiting for the refund of this policy.After going the contents of the policy documents, I noted the grave irregularities which are narredted as below:
As detailed above before registration, I decided for withdraw from this plan proposal.When I told to your person that I will give you your policy documents after filling all the relevant columns with my own handwritting, he compelled me that I will fill the forms at my own level. I have not signed the illustration at my own level.Now my quires are as under:
1) Someone of your employee had made my forged signature on the illustration.Please enquire & ascertain who has made the forged signature on the illustration.
2) As per document submitted by me, my wife is a teacher i.e.occupation of my wife is service, but while filling the section (B) of the plann detail, your person has filled the detail as under
Occupation House wife
i.e. Incorrect.
3) As per my service ID submitted as detailed in section C (i) my designation is Assistant Accounts Officer whereas your person has filled my occupation & Desgnatgion as Accountant which is also incorrect.
4) I have submitted the photo copy of my PAN but your person while filling KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER – ADDENDUM In the column -3rd has filled my Pan details, where as in column No. 5 has ticked the PAN detailed as ‘applied for’ which is also incorrect.This form was not shown to me & I have not signed it. Again your person made my forged signature on it.
You are requested to enquire & ascertained since I was not interested for this policy at the very first instant & i.e. the reason I have not signed all the proposal forms, but your person had made my forged signature on the required documents. Due to this irresposible behaviuor the policy has been issued to me, which have so many wrong information filled in the proposal form by your person as detailed above.
SO,I hereby again request you to cancel these policy documents from the begning date & refund me Rs. 12000/- without making any deductions. Your persons are responsible for getting the policy issued so, I should not be punished by making the perportionate deductions from my fund. I hereby submit the original policy documents for its cancellation. Please acknowledge its receipt.
