I have bought two icici Lombard health insurance’s Cashless Health Card one for my wife and second for myself, which are valid up to 22th July 2009 ,
When I go to their mentioned Network hospital for Health check up, with their authorization letter issued by TRA to me, hospital authority told me that your policy is not enrolled by any Insurance company after that I several time call the icici Lombard and did also make call to ttk health service, I mailed the issue to company also after many mail they reply that your ID will activate in seven days but no gain till date still m facing same problem with their Network hospital, what should I do.
