AVAIL RS.10000 MEDICINES WITH SHOPPING VOUCHERS QUARTERLY 7. 5 LAC COVERAGE PER PERSON PER YEAR BY NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED. 8. ALL PRE-EXISTING DISEASES COVER FROM DAY ONE & AND NO WAITING PERIOD IN THIS PLAN. 9. 100% CASHLESS AND 100% REIMBURSEMENT. 10. 2 YEARS VALIDITY. Attachments are a THANK TEAM HFI She is first tell me that they have a Health Insurance Plan for 05 years, on my asking that how much premium is there then she is informed that the premium is Rs.10-11000 something when I asked that I will not go for 05 year plan then she tell me we can give policy for 02 years also on the premium of Rs.6699.00 for two members. Then she call some Mr. Sandeep Gupta who is narrating me the Health Plan and tell me that this time is Compaign so you go for Health Insurance Plan. I agree for the same and pay/transfer Rs.6699.00 through my Credit Card. First time at the time of payment of above the in the last some problem come in net connection so Mr. Gupta told that please again do the process of payment/transfer of Rs.6699.00. I notice from my mobile message box that the amount is debited twice immediately I am informed to Mr. Sandeep Gupta about this then he is convinced me that you will get the amount within 24 hours in your credit card account. I said O.K. and after this Mr. Sandeep Gupta is tell me that the policy you will get on your mail by tomorrow so that you can get the same use on tomorrow itself. Now the situation is this that they are not attending the call not on their Mobile No. 9628746628 nor on Landline No. 01204548513 till this time from 01.11.2018. It is requested that they are using your name for fraud/cheating to general public by way of Health Insurance Plan. Please look if you can do anything for help to me.
