I ordered a Wheel Chair thru HealthKart.com on 19th Oct 2014. I was given a delivery date as 29th Oct 2014 but i am still struggling to get a status of my product. I was advised by my doctor that my dad should use wheel chair from Nov 1st onward else his condition can be worse. But I trusted the most FAKE dealer (Healthkart) and ordered chair from the website hoping that i will get it by 29th Oct. Can I ask them to pay the charges I am paying to the doc for my dads additional care in the absence of Wheel Chair
I want them to refund the double of the amount I paid them for Wheel Chair.
