I went to Hemson india for job as it is a placement agency. I went there on 4/07/2012 and my reg id- AAC-985. I was told that they will call me in one or two weeks, but they never did. They charged 100/- for this. please help me recover money and penalty as they were not able to provide me a job.

I want my money to be refunded and penalty in monetary form should be levied against the agency.
