I have purchased my bike Super Splender Bike on 28 Aug 2011,Initially i used six free services. in this time around 2nd or forth Service start relay got faulty,initially they misguide me that battery is not OK.When i got clearance from exide,they accepted that their relay was faulty but they did not change by making excuse of no availability in store. After that i used some local service vendor. After 7 Services from outside again i went to KA they worked on engine and charged RS 5261.Once again i resumed Khanna Automation,After 3-4 Services from Khanna Automation,they again worked on Engine and charged Rs 8618.Now Hero Moto Corp says there is no warranty if you used local service Vendor.I have date detail when i used Khanna Automobile but have some bills.My question is why Khanna Automobile / Hero Moto corp could not provide start relay when i was using service of authourized dealer.
I want action against Hero Moto Corp.If they did not change relay in six moths how they say that they are giving warranty of five year. I have asked for alternative Service provider on mail but they respond nothing. When Khanna Automobile charged Rs 5261,next days Clutch wire of my bike got free and i narrow escaped in running traffic.I informed to both Dealer as well as Hero Moto Corp-01147619318. I want to inform all person that when i used initially their service,they did not change very lower cost relay. Khanna Automobiles worked two time in my engine ,charged around Rs14000 in both case neither Khanna Automobile helped me nor Hero Moto Corp.
