Hi I am Mukesh Kumar(Mobile:-09779934167) from Gurdaspur. I would like to bring a case of harassment by R. Honda , Batala Road Gurdaspur, Punjab. I bought a Honda Activa from your authorized dealer R. Honda, Batala Road Gurdaspur on November month 2012. While delivering the Vehicle, dealer charged the Money for RC(Registration certificate) and told that he will deliver RC within One Month. Now it has been more than 5 months and I have not received the registration certificate despite several visits to the dealership. There is no amount due from my side and all money was paid before the delivery of Vehicle including Rs 3500/- which he charged additional for RC. I would like to bring to your notice that its Mr. Pankaj(Mobile: 8146684xxx) from R. Honda who is dealing regarding the above matter. My question to Honda is that this way of treating a customer is not good and of-course this must not be inline with Honda company core values. This is an example of corruption by an authorized dealership of Honda company for which Honda should be accountable. My expectation and request from Honda is stict action against Mr. Pankaj Mr. Pankaj(Mobile: 8146684771) from R. Honda Batala Road Gurdaspur and strich action again R. Honda for harassing a customer and provide me my RC for which I have already paid the money. I am attaching snapshots of documents which prove that above statement is true.
