Herohonda – Taking more than MRP pspare parts not available

Respected Sir/Mam I am Yogendra Singh from Raipur. I was feeling a proud owner of Heromoto corp when I purchased Ambition 135 ( a product of them ), but currently I am facing terrible problem as no one is coming forward and willing to help me as some of its spare parts had to be changed. Firstly,they are telling me the model is outdated, so why dont they have spare parts in the market.They dont have the spare parts of there products and even after a week they are asking to come again and again. They says use Geniune parts then why they are saying me to buy it from outside local parts. The parts and the quality of the bike was extremly poor and hence it wasn’t suceess bike, even then they dont brought the bikes back for exchanged. Since HeroHonda is split, so how can I exchange my bike for a new one .I went to both the places they told me that the bike is outdated and hence cannot be exchanged. They are also charging extra charges then MRP and when I refuse to pay extra then MRP they are using bad words and abusing me . My bike is in garage and when the parts are not available it cant be repaired. I am facing terrible mental and physical problem and hence is forced to file complaint against them. hence I would request you to take strict action against them.

I just want that whatever problem wheather physical or mental what i had faced no other person should face. I just want to take their bike and return my money as I dont want to keep that brand with myself.
