I have purchased Hero Xtreme from Keerthi Motors 2 months back, they have given me a faulty bike and I have approached them to rectify the problem, first they have changed the chain sprocket, but it dint solved the problem still iam getting the same problem, when I visited again they say engine (head)needs to open to check the exact problem which i said no to open the sealed engine, still there is no use, they are not agreeing to give me new bike nor resolving the issue. 2nd time also I have raised this issue, and Mr. Subramaniyam has attended the issue which I complained, and he did opened the head & other parts of my bike xtreme and adjusted the racker arms, timing chain and did some alteration to the head with the flat file (is it necessary to do to a new vehicle???), still the problem is the same in spite of doing so many things, and he says the bike is good and ignore the sound till the 3rd service is done, I am totally disappointed and not at all happy with the vehicle. Please do the needful

I need my money back, I don’t want this faulty bike.
