Hewlett Packard – Defective Laptop – Customer Care

I brought new Laptop from subjected dealer on 15-Jul-14 . The product detail is as follow HP-15-R006TU Batch CND 4193M96 .. The Laptop when I opened in Hope was found display issue . I called Dealer and he asked me to bring at Shop next day. When I went there Dealer refused to take it for replacement and asked me to contact service center . After long argueement he became ready to take it for furthur action and assured me that he will get it done in 2 days time . Its almost 1 week I am following up day and night and not getting any fix date by which I will get it back . When I called HP customer care they told me that complaint is registered but necessary information not given by Dealer . On the other side dealer is saying necessaru detail already provided . I am completely frustated I lost my money , energy and time and I have nothing except kep on going hfollow up for issue resolution . Its a clear cut cheating with concumer and I will request concerned officer to take it up strongly ao that dealer as well as company will make some provision to have resolution time frame well defined with proper accountability .

I want replacement with New well checked Laptop. As well as a componsation of 7*3000=21000 Rs for problem I faced during this days .From last 1 week I am not able to focus on my work .
