I purchased an HP Pavilion notebook on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from Computerland for INR 42,200/-. The same day, I realized that there was a defect with the camera. I registered a complaint on the same (Case ID No. 4716554541). Visits by technicians from Sysnet Global Technologies Ltd and compliance with their instructions has resulted in no improvement. Even the dealer, Computerland, has acknowledged that the piece is defective, but cited his inability to replace the piece without a letter being issued by Sysnet Global Technologies Limited. Sysnet has consistently refused to do the same, instead insisting that the notebook is perfectly fine.
The minimum that can be done is to get the defective notebook replaced immediately. Otherwise, they should take back the piece and return the amount paid for it and cancel the payment terms altogether, so that we can be spared the horrors of dealing with such a network of people.
