Dear Sir I purchased hp Mini note book210-1106TU,S/N – CNF0241 YJ2 WITH original WINDOWS 7 OPERATING WSYSTEM IN 2010. Nowmy computer has crashed. When I tried to install Windows 7 Operating System with the USB Drive HP provided, it was not successful. HP says that they are not responsible for this as it is now out warranty. BUT THE VALIDITY OF ORIGINAL OS IS LIFE LONG. So HP must provide me with devide containing original OS. OS has no time guaranty. Please protect consumer right. Thanks N K Maity

I want Hp should provide me original Windows 7 OS immediately.
